  • Continuity of care to help create a trusting and loving bond between your cat and its carer.

  • Frequent visits throughout the day to play, cuddle and groom, as requested, to make your cat feel special.

  • Room fully cleaned each morning with spot cleaning throughout the day to help protect your cat's well being.

  • Frequent changes of quality litter throughout the day to cater for your cat's needs.

  • Monitoring of your cat's health and happiness throughout the day..lights out about 10pm... with 24/7 vet on call service and FREE health insurance (T&Cs) to put your mind at ease.

  • Administration of any prescription medications including insulin if required.

  • Text messages and/or emails, if requested, to let you know about your cat's holiday.

  • Your choice of food to suit your cat's dietary needs; including FRESH MEATand FISH, cat milk and treats (as requested), plus frequent changes of drinking water (bottled if preferred) and a water fountain is available on request.

  • Underfloor heating, supplementary lighting, and automatic weather sensorary controlled exterior blind system, to maintain desirable conditions for your cat's comfort.

  • Cat basket, "Vetbedding", blanket, food and water bowls, scratch post/s, sensory toys and mats all provided. But, please feel free to bring their own belongings, if you wish, to help your cat feel at home.

  • The day of departure is FREE if collection is before 10am. (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)
